Large Professional Yard (i.e. racing, dressage, show jumping, eventing) or Large Livery or Commercial Riding School
Typically has large riding arenas (20m x 60m, 20m x 40m, gallops), has fibre/sand mix surface or rubber/sand mix surface, ridden on frequently therefore needs quick and regular maintenance, has an agricultural tractor, budget not a main issue.

Typically has two small arenas (20m x 40m), perhaps one with fibre/sand mix surface and the other with rubber/sand mix surface, ridden on frequently but perhaps not maintained as often as should due to time restraints, has small tractor or quad for towing, conscious of budget.
